React and Next.js for storefronts, CMS migrations, and the wiring in between.

Senior frontend engineer with 6.6+ years on React and Next.js. Most of my work is TypeScript storefronts, Amplience and AEM migrations, reusable components, and proofs of concept that help a client say yes.

How the architecture is decided

  1. 01

Content modeling owns the page shape

On Amplience and AEM programs, the storefront only stays scalable when content models, transformers, and React components stay aligned. Hero variants, grids, and media blocks are modeled once, rendered consistently, and previewed before they reach production.

  2. 02

Catalog and content stay on separate planes

A composable storefront is a composition, not a replacement monolith. The commerce API owns the catalog. Contentful, Amplience, or CoreMedia owns the document. Next.js owns the route. Listing and detail pages read both, and neither system is allowed to become the page builder.

  3. 03

Migration work is measured in reusable pieces

AEM-to-Next.js and Pages-to-App-Router programs succeed when components, design tokens, and data-fetching conventions transfer. Codemods, TypeScript refactors, and shared UI reduce the chance that every page is a one-off rewrite.
